We're upgrading our Singapore hosting infrastructure. As part of this, any hosting account's on SGP2 will be migrated to our new Singapore server.
 

What this means for you:

- Your website, files, emails, and databases will be moved exactly as they are
- Your login details will remain the same
- No action is required if your domain uses our nameservers
 

If you manage your own DNS records, we'll follow up with the new server IP address so you can update them once the migration is complete.
 

The migration will take place over the coming days. We expect little to no downtime, and we'll be monitoring closely throughout.
 

If you have any questions or notice anything unusual after the migration, please open a support ticket and we'll get straight on it.
