To provide a more streamlined experience, DragonWebHost, OnePoundEmail, and MakeMyKB are being consolidated into a single service hub.

What is changing?

As of 1st May 2026, all three brands will be managed from this central portal. This allows for faster support and simplified billing for clients.

Key Details:

• Unified Login: Manage hosting, email, and digital products with one set of credentials. No more duplicate accounts for each brand.
• Billing: All future invoices for all three brands will be issued from this portal.
• Support: Legacy tickets from the old DragonWebHost and MakeMyKB platforms have been archived. Please open a new ticket here for any active requests.
• Branding: You will see the new "DragonWebHost Hub" interface.

Does this affect my service?

No. Your hosting, email, and access to MakeMyKB products remain unaffected. This is an administrative move to improve management.

As part of this change, legacy invoices from DragonWebHost have been archived, but can be accessed upon request.
 

Action Required:

• OnePoundEmail Clients: Your login details remain the same. No action is needed.
• DragonWebHost & MakeMyKB Clients: Your accounts have updated. Please request a password reset on or after 1st May 2026 to access the new Hub.
